Waste Oil Treatment Services

We aim to try and recycle, treat and recover as much of the waste oil as possible. This is achieved by utilising several different techniques including physical, mechanical and chemical. Once the waste oil/bulk liquid is received it fully analysed in our on site laboratory by our site chemists. Once the chemists are satisfied with the incoming MTB waste oil treatment silosWaste Stream it is then processed through our plant. The oil we produce is processed to a very high specification and then is sent throughout the country where it is utilized in recovered fuels. The water phase is also treated to an equally high level and prior to discharge to sewer goes through our Aerobic digestion plant, tilted plate separator, interceptor and finally through a V Notch system. It is then discharged to sewer via our fully licensed discharge consent.

At MTB we are constantly improving and upgrading our plant to remain market leaders. Over the last couple of years we have invested heavily in the Plant to achieve highest rates of Waste Oil recovery. We are fully compliant with our permit thus giving additional confidence to all of our customers. Full Duty of Care can be seen from “Cradle to Grave”.
